For our Pole classes at Pole4fitness, we recommend wearing a crop top/singlet and short shorts no shoes are required however we do sell pleasers in store for when you are ready. This attire helps ensure you have enough skin exposed to grip the pole effectively. It's also important to avoid using any moisturizer on the day of your class, as this can make it difficult to grip the pole safely. For our Aerial classes, which typically require more coverage, we suggest wearing a clean t-shirt and leggings or a bodysuit. Make sure your clothing does not have any zippers, buttons, diamantes or other bulky elements, also no jewelry as this can tear the silks or hammocks, this will ensure your comfort during the session. For more advanced aerialists no nylon clothing to avoid burns in drops. Following these guidelines will help you have a safe and enjoyable experience in our classes.
