We offer a series of 5 week courses known as “PoleMOVEZ” that cater for the Beginner through to the Advanced. Courses are tailored for fun & fitness and do not specialise in becoming a Professional dancer.
At POLE4FITNESS you’ll be utilising a stationary pole, designed to increase core strength while opening up a variety of moves, that not only help to increase your fitness level when practiced, but are great fun too
When you strengthen your core, you are focusing on your ABS & BACK. This promotes good posture and greater feeling of well-being. So why not have fun while you’re at it?
